Michael Jackson's physician Conrad Murray will NOT be arraigned today on a charge of involuntary manslaughter.
Seems, the L.A. County District Attorney's Office and the LAPD are at odds over the plan to let Murray surrender.
Apparently, the police do not approve of letting him avoid being led away from wherever he's staying in handcuffs.
In any event, a spokeswoman for Murray's attorney says they still intend to go forward with the surrender plan. Murray and his legal camp were planning to head to the police station for booking first thing this morning.
The lawyer says they plan to "attend the 1:30 arraignment. If they changed their minds, that's on them."

CHARLIE SHEEN LOOKIN' AT FELONY CHARGE
Charlie Sheen is expected to be charged with felony menacing either today or early Monday morning, for the Christmas Day incident with his wife, Brooke Mueller.
The 'Two and a Half Men' star allegedly threatened to kill his wife.
Sources say Sheen will be charged with felony menacing and a misdemeanor.
The couple is expected to attend the Monday hearing in Colorado. Lawyers on both sides are expected to also make their case to relax the protective order that prohibits any contact between the couple.

CORONER SAYS: BRITTANY MURPHY MIGHT BE ALIVE IF SHE WENT TO THE DOCTOR
A Los Angeles coroner official ruled Brittany Murphy's death an accident... and said it "possibly" could have been prevented.
The official said "Had someone said, 'You are going [to the doctor] and thrown her in the car, she might be alive today,"
The coroner found that Murphy died of pneumonia made worse by taking multiple drugs. The actress only weighed 115 pounds at the time of her death and also suffered from iron deficiency and anemia.
The official adds she was a sick young lady. And that her mother talked, and she decided to get a doctor's appointment but she died a few days before the appointment.
Regarding whether hubby Simon Monjack should be investigated, the coroner's office said: "He was never considered a suspect. No one's criminally liable here because this has been ruled an accident."

Simon Monjack said he was "ridiculously upset" by the report, also saying, "Everything [surprised me and Brittany's mom about the report]…I expected [the cause of death] to be her heart."
He also said of the coroner's findings, "Case closed…As the coroner said, there's no foul play."
